This month we’re pleased to announce the launch of our new partner training programme, FileHound Training Academy. Our new programme has been designed specifically for our Authorised FileHound Resellers, Commercial and Distribution Partners and is aimed at ensuring your Sales and Professional Services teams are up-skilled with the tools they need to be successful selling and supporting your FileHound customer experiences.
We excitedly delivered our first Sales Advisor training course in December 2020, completely remote – with a team of 10 Sales and PS staff from one of our Authorised FileHound Resellers, virtually connecting from across the country to deepen their FileHound value proposition knowledge and share best practice.
We were delighted with the level of engagement and participation and received great feedback from attendees.

Our goal with FileHound Training Academy is to deliver comprehensive sales and technical training courses which are as engaging and fun as they are valuable.
We’ve leveraged our experience in the areas of business development and professional training to design and deliver our training courses following 3 key principles:
The FileHound Training Academy currently offers 3 core courses and accreditations, with more to follow:
Upon completion of each of our courses, all participants receive an Official FileHound Certificate and FileHound Certified Digi-Badge, as evidence of their achievement.
We also offer ongoing sales refresher courses to keep skill levels fresh and up to date, as well as 1:1 sales mentoring options and train-the-trainer options for larger partner organisations.
Staff training is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of the support we’re committed to provide our partners. Each FileHound Partner is allocated a dedicated Partner Account Manager, who will work with you and your teams to share feedback and foster collaboration via regular business development workshops. Our model is designed to facilitate continuous improvement.

FileHound Training Academy is headed up by our Product Manager Rick Emmines. Rick leverages his professional background in designing and delivering digital-first learning and development programmes for companies such as Apple Inc and Three Mobile at a ‘train-the-trainer’ level. Taking advantage of this experience, we’ve designed each of our virtual online courses to be interactive, informative and highly engaging.
